A long entrance to a lobby deep within the building called for a light and bright solution. Novatec added further interest with an arcade of feature lighting strips integrated with new wall panelling and custom sculpture, so the space is modern, inviting and connected with the front entry.
Head Office of an Internet University, this funky fitout occupies two whole floors of a city building. Novatec designed the fitout to include a new interconnecting stair within the tenancy. Motifs link the spaces, with colour cues for departments. A large outdoor deck is fitted with playful activities for the 200+ staff to enjoy.
Well located and with large floor plates, this cornerstone superfund asset received a full makeover from Novatec Design. Stripped to the skeleton the building was re-born as a new competitor at the top level of the Commercial Market allowing it to be quickly let to long-term National tenants, giving the owners a solid boost in asset value.
